Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, you can bring your own cake or cupcakes. Just remember to bring plates and forks. If you have an ice cream cake, just let us know in advance so we can make room in our freezers. No other food or beverages, please. (Back to top)
Can I bring decorations?
Yes, you can personalize your tables for your child. Feel free to bring in your own tablecloth, tableware, and balloons. We ask that you not bring confetti, "stringy" type decorations, or pinatas, due to potential safety hazard for your skaters. (Back to top)
How do I check in the day of my party?
You can check in about 1/2 hour before the start of the session. This way you can set up and get ready. At that time, we will show you where your reserved table(s) for the entire session are located. Here is what you need to tell us during Check In.
 Your Guest List, so that we can give you enough wristbands for all your guests (skaters and non-skating adults).
What time you'd like your meal.
What kind of pop you'd like.
What kind of pizzas you'd like (if you are having pizza). Cheese, sausage, pepperoni, or a combination.
Would you like to exchange your ice cream for an extra pitcher of pop.
How many Fun Dollars you'd like (optional). How many Laser Tag tickets you'd like (optional).
Will you or your guests pay for the upgrade to inline skate rental if they want.
At Check-in, you can also let us know any other way we can help you have a fun party!! You will receive wristbands for the guests on your list (both skaters and non-skating adults). Everyone in your party must have a wristband. When your guests arrive, you will give them each a wristband. (Back to top)
What if my guests need to rent inline skates?
Inline skates can be rented for $3. (Rental for quad skates is free for Birthday Party Package.) You can choose to either have your guests pay for this upgrade themselves or to have the rental fee simply added to your Package. (Back to top)
When and how do I pay for my Party Package?
About 1/2 before your meal is served, you can pay by cash, Visa, or Master Card. (Back to top)
Is there a limit to the number of guests?
There is no maximum limit to the number of guests. There is a minimum of 8 guests at the skating rate. Every non-skating adult is $4, which includes the reserved space, Fun Meal and all the fun, games, and prizes. A bargain! (Back to top)
What if my guest count changes?
The Wednesday before your party date, please call us to re-confirm your reservation and give us your final guest count. If your guest count changes after this re-confirmation, however, please let us know as soon as possible; although we will make every effort to accomodate this change after your re-confirmation, we cannot guarantee it. Why do I need to bring a Guest List?
After you have settled your account (about 1/2 hour before your meal is served), we use the Guest List to allow your remaining guests to come in to your party.
