The enthusiastic, yet professional Staff at Saints North Rollerskating Center guarantees that you will have a super fun time! Whether you are skating at a birthday party, roller dancing away at our Adult Organ Music sessions, jumping and jiving to the jukebox sound at our Thursday Adult Night, helping raise money for a school, or simply enjoying watching all the skaters swirl and whirl around the floor, you will be warmly welcomed and served by all members of our staff. Each of our staff has their own unique personality. (Feel free to ask them for their autographs!)


Ann is a Birthday Party Hostess. She is the smiley face that greets you at the door to sign everyone in for your party. She has worked at Saints North for 2 1/2 years. She is a foster mother. Over the past 25 years, she has fostered over 100 children. Like most of the staff at Saints North, she is a lifetime skater!

Brandon is primarily a floor guard and skate room host. He has worked at Saints North for 5 years. His skating style is old school. He is also an avid rock climber!


Debbie (the lady on the left in this photo; Wendy's on the right) LOVES working at Saints North, where she has been a Birthday Party Hostess for 6 years. She has worked at Saints North for 6 years. During the week, she works at an elementary school. Her nickname is "Boots".

DJ Cruze has been with Saints North for about 4 years. He started in the broadcasting field in 1983. Cruze went to Brown Institute to get a degree in broadcasting. He has worked at radio stations, night clubs, cable television, outdoor events, mobile sound and light show companies, and many more! DJ Cruze has over 25 years experience in DJing. He creates a lively atmosphere of entertainment and loves to interact with people. He is one of the top DJs of the Twin Cities and enjoys working at Saints North. Feel free to suggest DJ Cruze at one of your private shows here at Saints North! You will also see him at many of the weekend's open skate sessions. "I'm DJ Cruze and you are at the number 1 party zone in the Twin Cities. Thanks for coming out to Saints North!"


Elsie is the DJ lady for the Adult Organ Music sessions. She has been playing the music at rinks for about 25 years. First at the Skatedium then at Saints North. She volunteers at Regions hospital. Loves to knit, travel, and has had lots of luck with fruit trees and raspberries in her yard.

Jay is primarily a floor guard and skate room host. More on him coming soon.


Joyce is one of the smiling ladies who helps you at the Snack Bar when you need much deserved break from skating. She has worked in roller rinks for over 20 years. First at Skatedium (now closed), and then here at Saints North. She is Steve's mother-in-law, by the way.

Louis is the DJ for school parties, and shares DJ duties on Saturdays and Sundays, which are family friendly sessions!! He makes sure that all the songs that are played at those sessions are kid-friendly. Clean songs are the rule!


Marianne is probably the first smiling face you will see when you come in to Saints North Rollerskating Center. She's the person behind the entrance window. She's been working at Saints North for about 22 years. If you want some toys or bling, she can recommend the best sellers. Want a light-up pacifier?? Just ask her.

Mary Kay is the cheery lady that will help you choose what will refresh you best. An Icee or pop? Pretzel or Pizza or Hot Dog? Hmmmm. Just ask Mary Kay.


Ryan is primarily a floor guard and a skate room host. He has worked at Saints North for about 6 years. He is now a St. Paul Fire Fighter, and is studying law enforcement. His skating style? Agressive inlines. Ask him for a demo!!

Steve helps DJ at the Adult Organ Sessions. He has been around roller rinks most of his life. He is an artistic dance skater, at the Gold Level! His speciality trick? The Spread Eagle. Ask him for a demo!! (Joyce is his mother-in-law.)


Wendy is a Birthday Party Hostess. She loves crafts, and is an avid reader. She is also the girlfriend of DJ Cruze.

Chuck is the DJ for the Adult Night on Thursday. He has DJ's for Saints North since 1977. His music is the late 70s and early 80s funk. He is a Vikings fan(atic), and admits that he bleeds purple. He coaches girls' atheletics. Currently, it's women's soccer. He's been married for 27 years, and is expecting his first grandchild soon!


TJ is the Daredevil on Skates. There's almost nothing that he won't try to do on skates. (And they are quad skates!!) He is always striving to find and become proficient at the latest skill. If he can't find one, he invents one!! He is one of the most gifted skaters around. He's been a floor guard and Lazer Tag Controller here at Saints North for a few years now.

Jake is a Laser Tag Master Controller here at Saints North. When he's not at Saints North, he is going to school to be a paramedic, and his main goal is to be a firefighter in Colorado. During the summer, he also works at Linder's Greenhouse.


Nancy (shown here with her husband Evan at North St. Paul Car Show hosted by Saints North's own DJ Cruze) is one of the latest additions to the Saints North staff. She started skating again a couple of years ago, after more than 20 years off skates. She wonders why she ever left! Her style is artistic dance, with a little R&B and free spirit thrown in. She (along with her husband Evan, her skating partner Pat, and Gary and Linda from Chicago) is a skating instructor in Club Aire in Chicago. Skating is her lifetime passion! She is absolutely thrilled to be joining the friendly staff at Saints North.

Tony is who you will see either at the skate counter or in the Lazer Tag room, helping the players reach their highest score. He is currently attending Community College, and is Ryan's neighbor, and has been "pranked" many times throughout the years by Ryan!


Sam has been happily helping people have fun celebrating their birthdays for over 3 years. She's a hockey player, and a pro maybe, since she's been playing since she was 3 years of. Her position? The all-important goalie, of course! She's college bound, majoring in Forensic Science and Firearm Analysis.

Mariah is a Birthday Party Hostess. She's been serving people for over 6 months. She is an avid skater, of course, but also loves music, books, horseback riding, making YouTube videos, and face painting. Her animals of choice? Horses and wolves. Want to make her smile even more? Tony?


Jason is in disguise here in this picture. Don't be mislead by this disguise or his quiet demeaner. Just stick a microphone in his face, and he turns into DJ Spin!!
